JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Madison Thompkins with S&R Truck Plaza Receives Customer Service Award
Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for April to Madison Thompkins at S& R Truck Plaza for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said:
“Maddy is a waitress. An awesome one to be exact! She is always so sweet and kind every time we go in there. The regulars love her and love joking around with her. She is an awesome example of a hard-working girl. She told me she started working as a waitress when she was 12 at her family business and loves to do it. She serves us with nothing but kindness. She checks multiple times and goes above and beyond to serve us. Everyone loves her there and I don’t blame them. She’s awesome!” Congratulations to Madison!
