VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City mayor Dave Carlsrud received the Valley City State University Distinguished Service Award during a city commission meeting on Wednesday, April 5th.

VCSU President Alan LaFave said mayor Carlsrud is a big supporter of the community and university.
