VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City High School Speech Team competed at the EDC Regional Tournament on April 1, 2023. The team placed 2nd overall, just behind West Fargo Horace. The Hi-Liners had 4 individual regional champions and head to state with 37 state qualifying entries, the most of any team in North Dakota. They will compete at the NDHSAA Class A State Speech Tournament in Jamestown on April 15th. “SQ” indicates a State Qualifier. Individual results below:
