TONIGHT:  CLOUDY, SNOW BEGINS AFTER MIDNIGHT.  ACCUMULATIONS LIKELY BY MORNING,  WIND: INCREASING TO 25 TO 35 MPH OUT OF THE NORTH.  TEMPS NEAR 15 TO 20.
