
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Another major winter storm will affect the area this week.
The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Blizzard Warning for Jamestown, Carrington, Oakes and surrounding areas from 6am on Tuesday morning until midnight on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.
According to the weather service, this will be a major storm, with the potential of dropping between 14 to 21 inches of snow. The storm will also feature winds as high as 60 miles per hour. This will cause travel to become very difficult to impossible.
