VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The driver of a semi lost control of the vehicle in the westbound lane of Interstate 94 shortly after 11am Thursday, March 16th about five miles west of Valley City.
The Highway Patrol is investigation the cause of the crash. Gusty wind in the open country is creating icy road surfaces along the interstate and on nearly every highway in the region.
