VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jessica Jenrich is the new Emergency Manager for Barnes County.

Jenrich has been the Planning & Zoning Administrator for Barnes County since April 2016 and is adding the Emergency Manager position to her work load.

She said, “I have a passion and deep respect for anything EMS or emergency agency related. I am looking forward to working with all the different departments and areas of this job and I hope to keep the communication between everyone open so we know when and where and what needs to be done.”

The Emergency Management office is now located at the Barnes County Courthouse with Planning & Zoning and it is on the first floor in room 103, push the button on the door for my assistance.

Jenrich and her husband have two boys and a girl, they live in Valley City. Originally from the Rogers, ND area, she graduated from North Central High School is 2002 and from NDSCS Wahpeton in 2004.
