VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – There’s a debate in Valley City concerning vaping and e-liquids.
Local distributor, John Stearns and other business operators are asking the city why they banned a legal substance that’s sold nearly everywhere else in North Dakota.
Others, like City County Health District Tobacco prevention coordinator Kaitlen Lee believe vaping and e-liquids are harmful and the current city ordinance that bans the sale of those substances is working to curb youth vaping.
The issue was discussed during the March 7th city Finance meeting, it will be addressed again during the April 5th Valley City Commission meeting.
