JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department wants you to be aware of a high-risk sex offender that has a new address in Jamestown.

48-year-old Darren Weber is now living at 1530 6th Ave SW #21 at the Buffalo Motel in Jamestown.

Weber was convicted of gross sexual imposition in February of 1999 in Burleigh County. He was charged with having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl, while a friend of his had intercourse with her 17-year-old sister right next to her.

Weber was sentenced to 7 years; 4 years suspended for 3 years; and 3 years supervised probation.

Weber is on parole with ND Parole and Probation.
