JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com/Jmst Chamber) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce’s past presidents have had a longtime partnership with both the University of Jamestown and Jamestown Regional Medical Center to provide scholarships to
incoming University students.
The Chamber, along with its partners, is seeking applications for two $1,000 scholarships. One is a general scholarship and the other is for a student interested in a medical profession.
The Chamber Ambassador Committee sold raffle tickets during the Annual Banquet to raise money for the scholarship fund. The goal was met and we’re appreciative of all those who purchased a ticket. All funds were put into the scholarship fund to continue this partnership and bring students to Jamestown.
For more information on these scholarships, contact Emily Bivens at 701-252-4830 or by email.
.
Applications are available now and will close on May 1st, 2023.
If you know a student who would like to apply for a Chamber Past Presidents Scholarship, contact Alyson Leas at 701-252-3467 ext. 5451.
