LITCHVILLE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – More than 250 Barnes Rural Water District customers were without service in the Litchville area following a water line break on Wednesday, March 1st.
Barnes Rural Water District Manager Perry Kapaun said three of their work trucks got stuck trying to repair the water line break as poor weather conditions hampered their work efforts.
Kapaun said thanks to the help of the Barnes County Highway Department, Sheriff’s Deputies and a farmer the water line break was repaired and service restored to their customers shortly after 5pm on Wednesday, March 1st.
