VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Schools Superintendent Josh Johnson said on Friday, March 3rd, 2023, we are going to be celebrating the school day with a focused theme on Kindness, Respect, and Inclusion. We are excited to partner with North Dakota Special Olympics and will have two speakers for students in grades 4-12 that will present on individuals with disabilities and diversity.

Johnson said teachers, we would welcome each of you in your classrooms to talk with students or provide activities that are in support of this theme for the school day. Our commitments as a school district, and updated in the new Strategic Plan, center upon building Hi-Liner Pride with a positive school culture that will provide our students with a safe, respectful, and accepting learning environment. Thank you for sharing in these commitments and modeling Kindness, Respect, and Inclusion for all students at Valley City Public Schools.
