TONIGHT: WINDY, BLOWING SNOW AND SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ALONG THE NORTH DAKOTA SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER AND ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-94. LOW: 5 TO 10 ABOVE, WIND TURNING TO THE NORTH AND INCREASING TO 25 TO 35 MPH, GUSTING TO 40 MPH. SNOWFALL IN A RANGE OF 4 TO 10 INCHES.
TOMORROW: SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW IN THE MORNING, SNOWFALL ENDS BY MID DAY, WIND CONTINUES INTO THE AFTERNOON. HIGH: NEAR 15, WIND: NORTH 10 TO 25, GUSTING TO 35 MPH, DIMINISHING LATE AFTERNOON.
