(NewsDakota.com) – The Young Professionals of Jamestown (YPJ) will be hosting an academy centered on growing leadership skills that can be utilized in their careers.
Emily Bivens, Executive Director of the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce said it will be a 6 week training course with a variety of different topics.
Participants will attend learning sessions with the different speakers on a variety of topics including leadership vs. management, True Colors Exercise, emotional intelligence, and managing relationships as a leader.
A reflection and graduation will take place on Thursday, April 27 th .
All sessions will be from 6-7:30 PM, excluding March 30th (6-8 PM). The cost to attend is $100 for a chamber member and $200 for non-members.
Discounts are available for multiple participants from one employer. Class size is limited to 15.
