VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City High School Speech Team traveled to Bismarck to compete on February 11, 2023 at the St. Mary’s Invitational.

Coach Abby Ingstad said the Hi-Liners finished the day with 9 state qualifiers. Individual results below:
