VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free presentation, “Know the 10 Warning Signs” focusing on memory loss.
Alzheimer’s and other dementia’s cause memory, thinking, and behavior problems that interfere with daily living.
City County Health District Administrator Theresa Will said learn how to recognize common signs of the disease; how to approach someone about memory concerns, the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis.
She said the featured speaker is Beth Olson, Regional Care Consultant of the Minnesota North Dakota Chapter Alzheimer’s Association.
The free presentation will be held Tuesday, February 7th from Noon-1:00 p.m. in the Valley City Barnes County Public Library.
