BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – District 24 State Senator Mike Wobbema will be chairman of the new Workforce Development Committee during the 2023 North Dakota legislative session.
He talked about the focus of the committee.
Wobbema said one issue the committee will address is creating incentives to fill teaching positions across the state.
Another issue to address during this legislative session is funding city, county, and townships road and bridge repair and replacement.
Wobbema will chair the new North Dakota Senate Workforce Development Committee, he also serves on the Senate Education Committee.
