JAMESTOWN, N.D.(NewsDakota.com/Jmst Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and
the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for December to Keenan Hallwachs for his outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

His nomination letter said:
“This young man was helping me and ran off to do something for me but saw this lady
with a walker dragging under her cart. He stopped mid-run and helped her dislodge it
from the bottom and show her how it could go in the cart. Nice to see a young person
care enough to slow down and help someone in need.”
