VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Motor Vehicle Offices will be moving to Central Avenue North in the former Sanford Eye Clinic located at 253 Central Avenue North, Suite 101.

Executive Vice President, Kay Vinje said the move will allow the Chamber to better serve members of the Chamber and provide additional support for businesses and organizations. She said at their new location, they’ll have two entrance options for the public.

The DMV office will be open Tuesday, November 29th and Wednesday, November 30th but the DMV and Chamber offices will be closed Thursday, December 1st, Friday, December 2nd, and Monday, December 5th as the offices are moved. Staff members are still available via email during this time.

The DMV will reopen Tuesday, December 6th with new hours: 8:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 4:30pm.

A grand opening celebration will follow at a later date.
