JAMESTOWN,N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The 18th annual Holiday Dazzle parade was held on Friday, November 25th in downtown Jamestown. The event was presented by the Jamestown Downtown Association. The parade featured over 60 floats featuring area businesses, service clubs, law enforcement, and first responders.
The winner of “Best Dazzle” for lots of motion, unique design, flashy and exciting was Anne Carlson Center.
The winner of “Most Original Theme” for creative/original theme, lights and motion, and energetic holiday spirit was the ND State Hospital.
The winner of “Most Outstanding Amateur Built” for use of man-made materials, lighting, and unique use of holiday theme was Hondo’s Hideaway.
The winner of “Most Outstanding Civic or Non-profit” for most energetic participants, lights, music and originality was the Jamestown Ambulance Service.

Jamestown Downtown Association President Lynn Lambrecht said that she believes this was the best parade yet for community participation and weather.
