JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for November to Tammy Zuck for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Her nomination letter said:

“Today while waiting for my appointment, I witnessed another patient trying to find a good time to come back for a follow up appointment because his wife was having a baby the next day. Tammy was quick to offer her cell phone number so that he could call and schedule depending on how the inducing of the baby went. Tammy went out of her way to make sure the patient could be seen again. She is always friendly, cheerful, and goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcome. Individuals like Tammy are part of the reason patients return to certain businesses—-they receive excellent service and want that experience again. She is so deserving!”
