In 2019, JHS students held a “Stuff the Civic” food drive that was very successful

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown High School students are participating in a community food drive Nov. 14 through the 18 to help local food pantries.

Senior McKenna Barnick says with winter approaching, the need is greater than ever.

Student Council President Will Nelson says they’re looking to team up with the Social Services class in the project.

Donations of non-perishable food items and hygiene items can be dropped off at the Jamestown High School, Middle School, Gussner, Washington, Louis L’Amour, Roosevelt, and Lincoln schools during the week of Nov. 14-18.
