TOMORROW: SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW, HEAVIEST SNOW OF 10 TO 12 INCHES IN THE CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA INTO NORTHWEST MINNESOTA, ELSEWHERE 3 TO 6 INCHES, BUT A NORTH WIND 35 TO 50 MPH WILL CREATE SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL ISSUES ACROSS THE REGION.
