VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – In the District 24 State Representative race incumbent Republican Representative Dwight Kiefert received 2,202 votes. Incumbent Republican Representative Cole Christensen received 1,889 votes and Independent candidate Madeline Luke received 1,732 votes and Democrat Kaitlyn Huss received 511 in the November 8th general election in Barnes County.

Here are the totals for the entire District 24 State Representative Race which this year included all of Barnes and Ransom Counties. Republican Representative Dwight Kiefert received a total of 3,119 votes. Republican Representative Cole Christensen received 2,805 votes. Independent candidate Madeline Luke received 2,445 votes and Democrat Kaitlyn Huss received 1,040 votes.

In Barnes County District 2 Commission race incumbent Shawn Olauson got 388 votes and challenger Corey Neseth received 234.

In Barnes County District 3 Commission race incumbent Bill Carlblom received 372 votes and Eldred Knutson got 264 votes.

In Barnes County District 4 Commission race incumbent Vicky Lovell received 376 votes and Ron Manson got 330 votes.

In the Barnes County Sheriff race incumbent Randy McClaflin received 2,782 votes and Wade Hannig received 987 votes.
