NEKOMA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Edmore, ND woman is dead after a rollover crash south of Nekoma Friday, Oct. 21.

A Chevy S10 was traveling northbound on Highway 1 when it entered the east ditch. The driver overcorrected and crossed the centerline, tripped, and rolled an undetermined number of times. The vehicle came to rest in the west ditch.

24 year-old Nicole Landsem was unrestrained and ejected from the vehicle. She was pronounced deceased on scene. The crash remains under investigation.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol was assisted by the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, Cavalier County Sheriff’s Office, Edmore Fire Department, and Edmore Ambulance Service.
