JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – With pheasant season wide open in North Dakota, hunters may be on the lookout for other game as migration continues.
North Dakota Game & Fish Wildlife Biologist Doug Leier says the days are getting shorter, leaving less time to hunt safely. The cooler weather has also started moving ducks and geese into central and south central North Dakota. He says this makes scouting that much more important.
Leier says for anglers, there’s still plenty of opportunity to cast a line.
