“We currently don’t have any food available,” she stated in a post. “Please consider a donation of non-expired cereal, pasta, canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, rice, soup, or canned meat.”

The pantry will be closed until Wednesday, Oct. 26.

“Filling our shelves ensures your neighbors have nutritious meals to help see them through life’s challenging times,” Major Lowder added. “You can provide hope when you donate non-expired perishable and non-perishable items at The Jamestown Salvation Army.”

Donations can be brought to 320 1st Ave. N in Jamestown. If you have questions or would like to help, contact Judy Lowder at 701-252-0290 or 701-269-3930.
