JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High School Girls Swimming and Diving team is currently holding a fall team service project to support all Jamestown 2nd graders.
“There are roughly 185 students in 2nd grade and the wholesale cost of the book is $9.39,” Head Swim Coach Ben Smith stated. “In total we need to raise $1,737.15. Once we purchase all the books, the girls will go to the schools to read to the 2nd graders and distribute the books.”
A copy of the book “The Rainbow Fish” will be provided to all 2nd graders and help is needed from the public. You can make a donation or check payable to JPS.
