VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City State University (VCSU) Global Exploration Club held a fundraiser at Brockopp Brewing in Valley City to raise money for their upcoming trips to Costa Rica and Argentina.
Club members Sabrina Volk, Isabel Grueneich and Kasen Anderson served a cultural cuisine of German food during this fun event for a good cause. Anderson said these upcoming trips focus on helping those experiencing domestic violence.
The next Global Exploration Club fundraiser with a similar menu of German cuisine will be served from 1PM to 3PM Saturday, October 29 at Bloom Café in Cooperstown, N.D.
And another fundraiser will be held at the VCSU Allen Memorial Library featuring their (family friendly) haunted library October 28th thru 30th. The Haunted Library will be open from 6PM to midnight Friday, October 28th & Saturday, October 29th and Sunday, October 30th from 6PM to 10PM.
