VALLEY CITY, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – After another dominant victory for Valley City on Friday night, the Hi-Liners remain at the top of the NDAPSSA and QRF rankings going into week eight of the Class A football season.
Valley received all 19 first place votes in 11A and is the only team still unbeaten in Class A at either level this year. The Hi-Liners also top the QRF rankings in 11A with a score of 89.9 which is 14 points higher than Grand Forks Red River in second place (75.5).
