Valley City–Postseason running takes place this weekend.

The Eastern Dakota Conference (EDC) cross country meet is Saturday at Lincoln Park in Grand Forks.  That location recently hosted the “Border Battle” attended by over 50 area teams in an area covering four states and provinces.

Valley City is ranked fifth in the latest statewide Class A coaches poll.  Red River is the top-ranked team, followed by west powers Bismarck, Williston, and Minot.  Hi-Liner runner Reagan Berg is ranked seventh individually.

Williston is the top-ranked Class A team.  Bowman County tops the Class B boys poll, with all five of their scoring runners ranked in the top 10 individually.  Rugby tops the Class B girls poll.
