SIOUX CITY, Iowa (jimmiepride.com) — Kalli Hegerle (SR/West Fargo, N.D.) and Ellie Holen (JR/LaMoure, N.D.) from the second-ranked University of Jamestown volleyball team were recognized by the conference office as Attacker and Defender of the Week.

Hegerle hit .408 in three matches for the Jimmies last week, totaling 35 kills. She also had 14 digs, five blocks, and five aces as Jamestown defeated Doane (Neb.), Hastings (Neb.), and Ottawa (Kan.)

Holen had 62 digs, averaging 6.89 per set in UJ’s three sweeps last week. She also recorded eight aces.

Jamestown (18-1 overall, 6-0 GPAC) hosts No. 6 Concordia (Neb.) on Friday and No. 3 Midland (Neb.) on Saturday.
