MADDOCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Cardinals never trailed and there were no ties throughout the three sets as they roll to a 3-0 victory over the Benson County Wildcats in non-region Class B Volleyball (25-16, 25-6, 25-10). Carrington is now 9-3 overall, BC drops to 7-7 overall.

Unofficially, the Cardinals had a total of 17 service aces and 28 kills, Haley Wolsky led with nine kills and six aces. Emma Hone and Madison Johnson added six kills each.

Next up for Carrington will be the Laker Invite in Burlington and Des Lacs on Friday and Saturday, Carrington is in Pool D, here is the pool schedule for the Cardinals.

730pm – Carrington vs. Rugby

1130am – Carrington vs. Central Cass

The tournament portion of the Laker Invite will start at 1:30pm on Saturday with the top eight teams advancing to the championship bracket in Des Lacs and the remaining 12 teams will play in the consolation bracket in Burlington.
