VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City School Board has moved away from the idea of building a new school due to the high cost of construction.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said the focus shifted to repairing their existing facilities. He said one way to finance their proposed plan is to increase their building fund levy.
Johnson said there are several building repairs needed with their facilities in the district.
The public hearing on the building fund levy increase will be held September 21st at 7pm in the Hi Liner Activity Center.
