The VCSU Ag Bowl is a way to recognize and honor those that work in or with the agriculture industry – an important part of the Barnes County and North Dakota economy.
“The Ag Bowl is a small way for us to express our appreciation for farming families and members of North Dakota’s ag industry,” said VCSU athletic director Dennis McCulloch. “Agriculture continues to play a major role in our economy and our local culture. We’re excited to celebrate the ag industry with our 4th annual VCSU Ag Bowl.”
The pre-game tailgate meal is being served by the VCSU Booster Board and will include pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs and sides. Ag Bowl sponsors will have tailgating booths set up at the event and many are planning giveaways.
An inflatable obstacle course will highlight the Tailgating Fun Zone, which will also include other activities for kids.
