LEAL, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County North (BCN) Dollars for Scholars is now taking applications for their Returning College Student Scholarships.

These scholarships are for any BCN graduate who is continuing their education beyond their freshman year of college and are a full-time student.
