SHEYENNE, N.D. (NDHP) – A Sheyenne, ND man is dead after he struck the back of a parked vehicle while driving an Off-Highway Vehicle in Sheyenne on Saturday, July 23rd about 2:25am.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol identified the crash victim as 60-year-old Keith Drake. More details about the fatal crash are in the news release below.
