JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Buffalo Days have long been a celebration of community and the history of Jamestown.

Originally White Cloud days in honor of the albino buffalo’s legacy, the event inspires community members, historic sites, businesses, and visitors to celebrate the Buffalo City’s namesake.

Searle Swedlund is the Executive Director of Jamestown Tourism.

The weekend-long celebration starts with the Jamestown United Way “This Putts For U” golf tournament Friday, July 22nd. Saturday will see a full day of events beginning with the Jamestown Fire Department pancake breakfast and Buffalo Days parade.
