VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department is up to a full force after hiring a new police officer. Anthony Erickson was sworn in as a police officer on Wednesday, June 22nd.
Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher said with the hiring of Erickson, the police department is fully staffed with 14 licensed peace officers.
Valley City Mayor Dave Carlsrud administered the oath to Officer Anthony Erickson before the city commission meeting.
