JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for June to Nate Hunt for his outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

His nomination letter said:

“I reached out to him regarding a package that showed on the tracking info as being at the facility, but not out for delivery until the next day. We were leaving for a long weekend and I really wanted the package for the weekend. In reaching out to him, he made several contacts to his supervisor and found that my package was actually one that gets delivered to the post office and then the post office delivers to the address. He then contacted the driver that delivers to the post office to find what time he’d be delivering, so that I could go to the post office and be able to pick up my package instead of missing its delivery since we were leaving town. He was so quick and efficient. And it blew me away that he took the time to find all the pieces to help me. He really went above and beyond!”
