JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – As part of the process for a flood disaster declaration, Stutsman County staff compiled a list of different damages that would need to be fixed.

Stutsman County Emergency Manager Andrew Kirking along with Road Superintendent Jim Wentland presented the information to the Stutsman County Commission on Tuesday.

Some damages include damaged wingwalls Southwest of Pingree, roadbed erosion in Bloomfield Township on Highway 68, and high wind erosion to roadbeds south of Cleveland on Highway 67.

Following the presentation, Kirking informed the commission that with their permission, he would submit the data to the state for a potential declaration.

The commission unanimously approved to send the report to the state. Commissioner Ramone Gumke was not present.
