William “Bill” Starke, age 94, of New Rockford, ND, died Thursday, May 19, 2022, Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd, New Rockford. A Visitation will be from 1:00PM – 2:00PM followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00PM on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at First Lutheran Church, New Rockford.
