VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Barry Borg was born and raised in Barnes County. He and his wife Cheryll have 6 children and 12 grandchildren. He and his family raise Red Angus cattle and farm just west of Valley City.

If elected, Borg said he would work to ensure that all municipal and rural road are maintained in good condition. He said as a cattleman and farmer, I will fight to make sure our land rights are protected and respected. He also believes that property taxes should be kept to a minimum and strongly supports 2nd Amendment and all Amendment rights.

Borg is in a race with incumbent Vickie Lovell and challenger Ron Manson. The top two after the June 14th primary will be placed on the November 8th general election ballot.
