JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for May to Heather Lawrence for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Her nomination letter said:

“Heather was an exceptional phlebotomist for an individual with autism at our agency. She was kind, courteous, and explained what procedures needed to be done. Her patience was beyond appreciated and her smile was comforting. Professionals such as her deserve attention and positivity as she is doing such wonderful things.”
