CRETE, Neb.– Four members of the University of Jamestown women’s track and field team earned all-conference honors based on their places at the GPAC Outdoor Championships, which concluded Saturday.

GPAC OUTDOOR RESULTS–FINAL

Jordynn Toliver (SO/Box Elder, S.D.) was second in the javelin with a top throw of 40.58 meters (133 feet, 2 inches). Toliver also took third in the heptathlon, scoring 4463 points and setting a new record in the GPAC heptathlon javelin (40.65 meters).

Paige Erhardt (FR/Hazen, N.D.) (5th, 37.10 meters; 121 feet, 9 inches) and Kate Busek (FR/Fargo, N.D.) (6th, 36.56 meters; 119 feet, 11 inches) both turned in new personal bests to score points for UJ in the javelin.

Sara Bonn (SO/Des Lacs, N.D.) placed seventh in the heptathlon with 3629 points, a new personal record.

All three relay teams placed to add points to the Jimmie team total. The 4×100 relay team of Kristina Brossart (SO/Rugby, N.D.), Jordynn ToliverKylie Burgess (FR/Los Lunas, N.M.), and Anni Stier (SO/Rugby, N.D.) was sixth (50.42); the 4×400 relay team of Brittney Reister (FR/Medina, N.D.), Kylie BurgessAnni Stier, and Jordynn Toliver was eighth (4:16.32), and the 4×800 relay team of Allyson Schreiber (SO/Sparks, Nev.), Paige Erbstoesser (FR/West Fargo, N.D.), Kate Busek, and Jennifer Tallackson (FR/Wheatland, N.D.) was eighth (11:19.09).

Jamestown finished eighth of 12 teams with 32 points. Concordia (Neb.) was first, followed by Hastings (Neb.) and Dordt (Iowa).
