VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota High School Activities Association selected Oakes junior Jaci Praska as the Runner-Up for the 2022-23 Farmer’s Union Distinguished Student. She will receive a $1,000 scholarship to the college of her choice.

Praska also has the opportunity to participate in a number of NDHSAA activities including helping distribute State Tournament Awards and participating in the Parade of Champions.

Interviews were held at Valley City State University on Wednesday, April 27th.
