JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Volunteers are being sought to help clean-up the Frontier Village and prepare them for the upcoming tourism season.
Jamestown Tourism Visitor Experience Manager Alison Limke says they’re asking for service clubs and volunteers to assist them before their opening day.
Limke says they have all materials ready and a majority of the work will be cleaning. This includes dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, tree trimming, painting, and litter pick-up.
Co-workers, colleagues, friends, families, social clubs, and anyone interested are welcome to join the clean-up day for an hour or the whole day. Volunteers should wear closed toed shoes and work clothes.
Pizza and donuts will be provided. You’re asked to contact Allison Limke at 701-251-9145 or email Allison@DiscoverJamestownND.com to sign-up. The day will be May 6th from 9 AM to 3 PM.
