BUFFALO, N.D.  (NDHP) – The driver of a Ford Transit van northbound on Highway 38, north of Buffalo lost control, entered a ditch and rolled about two miles north of Buffalo on Wednesday, April 20th.

North Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind said there was snow falling at the time of the crash and the roadway was snow and slush covered.

He said no occupants were ejected in the crash. However, one of the passengers was transported by Sanford Life Flight to Sanford Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All occupants were able to self-extricate from the vehicle. The driver was cited for Care Required.
