VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The city of Valley City is reminding the public that vehicles parked on emergency snow routes will be towed if they are not removed while city crews are trying to remove snow.
Public Works Director Clint Klemisch said crews are plowing emergency routes this morning and will start clearing residential areas starting with the Northeast section of the city and working clockwise after the emergency routes are finished.
