Congratulations to the CHS speech team, who won the regional competition last Saturday at Barnes County North High School and will send six competitors to the state competition on April 23. Those who competed at the regional meet included Rori Ricter, first in dramatic interpretation and second in poetry; Mollie Lindberg, tied for second in speech to inform; Kaley Kostelnik, first in serious interpretation and sixth in poetry; Sarah Hallwachs, first in radio broadcasting and first in speech to inform; Molly Hansen, first in speech to persuade; Ashley Lindberg, fourth in serious interpretation and fifth in humorous interpretation; and Briley Carr, second in humorous interpretation.

Advanced to state competition are Rori Ricter, Mollie Lindberg, Kaley Kostelnik, Sarah Hallwachs, Molly Hansen, and Briley Carr.
